Instructions for presenters

Keynote and Invited Speech: 30 minutes including Q&A Oral Presentation: 15 minutes including Q&A Oral presenters should hand the PPT file to the staff in the session room to set up in the computer 5 minutes before the session begins. Projection Screen Size:
1101 : 16:9
1102 : 4:3
1103 : 4:3

 

Poster Presentation:
  • 1. Poster size: A0 (841mm x 1189mm) portrait
  • 2. Presenters should print the poster by themselves and post it on the board within the specified time.
  • 3. The time for putting up posters is 9:00-9:30, 13:00-13:30 for Poster Session I and II, respectively.
  • 4. The time for putting up posters is 8:00-8:30 for Poster Session III.
  • 5. If presenters did not remove their poster within the regulated time, the organizer will dispose the remaining posters.
